Ms. Nupur Singh is a dynamic professional with over 15 years of multi-cultural experience in business development, revenue generation, profitability, and recruitment training. She specializes in the formulation and implementation of tactical initiatives to achieve company strategic goals, with hands-on experience in handling business development, identifying and developing new markets, recruitment and training, client retention, and achieving assigned targets. She worked as a Director at Indus Infocom India Pvt. Ltd., where she developed new businesses for medical transcription services, promoted and branded the organization in India and the US, and added software development and EMR services to the product profile. She also played a pivotal role in setting up a Discharge Process at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi - the first of its kind in India.

She has also worked as Director, Indus Holidays and Tours Pvt. Ltd., where she was recognized across media platforms such as Doordarshan and India Today as a woman achiever. She pioneered the company’s growth, making it well ahead of its time within the service industry. She has also been a Marketing Manager within the Cable TV Industry. However, she switched to the social sector in the later years of her career, serving as State Coordinator, Bihar, for a non-profit organization - SETU - 'Bridging the Gap'.

She has also been actively working as a mentor at Mentor Together India, a non-profit that provides empowering one-to-one mentoring relationships to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds break the inequality of opportunity.
