Mr. Arvind Sharma

Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma is presently an advocate at The Supreme Court of India. He holds a B.A, M.A, and L.L.B from the University of Delhi, Faculty of Law. He has briefed leading senior advocates in the country and independently drafted various legal matters including Opinions, SLPs (Civil and Criminal), Rejoinders, C/As, Deeds and Conveyance, and Writ Petitions in High Court. He has also argued independently before all courts in Delhi, including the Supreme Court, High Court, National Commission, Co-operative Societies, Central Register, MRTP, CLB, NGT, and more.


Mr. Sharma has experience in handling matters related to copyright issues, arbitration, and corporate matters, and has some historical judgments to his credit. Some of these include service matters in regard to termination of the Statutory Rules and Regulations in the matter of Sheela Joshi and Ors. vs. Indian Airlines in LPA Nos. 1050, 1052, 1049, 1045 of 2007 before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. The judgment is in relation to the termination of an employee on account of being overweight, matters relating to the Land Acquisition Act, and many other Writ Petitions filed before the Hon’ble High Court Delhi against the MCD, DDA, Airport Authority of India, Union of India, etc., regarding service conditions as per the Statutory Regulations and their strict enforcement as per the rules and laws applicable. He has also worked extensively on several pro bono cases.
